Panasonic VIERA TC-P50ST30 Reviews

When I finally completed the critical reading of television in 1000s, I decided to Viera line. Due to price constraints, initially bought a P50S30. When it come to my home, I loved the TV home theater, but I figured that now was the only piece of equipment I own that has no 3D support After the comparison even more specific, I went back and bought the TV. P50ST30 best decision of my life (recently).

For the image of life as an image does justice, as it implies the word could discern the image generated from real life. After tuning the picture (James Cameron's Avatar recommended settings), the video looks absolutely amazing. 480 series seems a bit fuzzy, but it happens on any large TV. 720p looks great, even better 1080p. I want to go again and again over the image, but the specification of the televised speech of themselves. I did not notice green spots that some reports or other oddities.

Plasmas have much more glare than an LED, but this TV is doing well in bright sunlight. Even when viewing conditions are less than ideal I can still see clearly through the light. Same S-series, clean and easy to use. There are some shift, but not a big problem , once you put everything you can quickly change the characteristics. A nice feature is the ability to insert the name and custom channels. Pro picture settings, parental lock, CC, and some nice features anti-image full image retention well.

Wireless adapter is included in the package only $100, so if you plan to buy one, but this TV even more sense to you. The adapter works well, and it connects to 100% with my home network. If you want to receive television over the network, you will find menus VieraCast from a small delay because the TV menu. The implementation of DLNA support is very little, and while there are a variety of treatments are available, I have more success. Netflix has a problem rebuffering I think my first film, and sound a little lax (occasional). I experienced none of these problems with the same benefits through the PS3 + HDMI connection.

3D impressive. Not be very careful when I decided to 3D, but now that I have, nothing else. Get the picture settings on the right is a must! I have seen many 3D movies in theaters to watch on TV - the quality is exactly the same. If the 3D is more fun than television (ignoring of being at home in your pajamas), by 50 "sized characters often look for size in a meeting in late night I almost had to verify the presence of intruders. A person walking in "front", film screen and I thought someone was in the room. So far everything I've seen the movie in 3D is great.

For game, I have a Slim PS3 connected via HDMI, and while I've never been a big fan of the console, this TV will help change my mind. Graphics look good and play smoothly. As for 3D games, WOW. Doing research, though, like any new technology to pump the contents of the course has led to some much lower than the average product. I played well, however, are surprising. Killzone, Crysis2, etc. are just amazing in 3D. All the deep places of the gun of a rocket that goes the distance and fly over your head to make the game a surreal experience. As lifelong fans of FPS play a game like this in 3D so it makes sense. Several other games like GT5 look great and also work well in 3D.

The LG50PW350 is probably the cheapest 50-inch 3D TV that can you can buy at the moment. It is not, but 1080p 720p looks damn good and is good enough for me. Of course there are better than plasma TVs out there and do not plan to get the black levels of a pioneer, but the KURO KURO is 3K and this TV is only about 750. I chose this over a 1080p Panasonic 50in 3DTV because it is cheaper than $ 500 and a PC using the old VGA (15-pin D-Sub). There is an optical output ... I thought it was strange and unnecessary, but it is actually a good idea, because you can use a USB flash drive or external hard drive for movies and sound can go from the receiver for decoding.

If you have a lot of money and want the best .... This is not and probably would get a prize kuro (+ 3K U.S. dollars) or a Panasonic plasma or Samsung for half the price set (1-2k dollars). But you get a "lot of TV for the money with this. I recommend this TV for people who are not snobs, no label, Mad videophiles who swear they can see the difference between 1080p and 1079p, and are interested in 3D and HD, but do not want to break the bank. In fact, I have this TV for $750 and a XGA projector that can be purchased for $ 400 so that the price of the 50in Panasonic plasma TV 3D (no ST-GT) I have a 50in 720p 3D 84in 720p and a photo. It 's like the PIP only supersized.

I also just bought this TV to have a local Frys for $799 with two pairs of glasses. I also noticed the same problem with glasses every 10 minutes. Very annoying when you play an online game (Killzone 3). Hope there is a way to change the situation. It also seems that 3D is a bit '"slow and seems to do a little'" confused, but it is probably only the match. They have tried many many more 3D media. When 3D is activated there is a note that opens says it is better to be 2 meters away from the TV for optimal viewing. So quietly sitting relatively close to the TV when using 3D.

2D to 3D is an amazing feature. Did not even know that was an option until I connected. Watched a movie for about 2 minutes and it was pretty cool. Connected my laptop with a VGA cable and played some videos on it without problems. I have a pair of stereoscopic animated shorts, I played on the laptop and worked great. I'm not sure if its a standard feature or not, but you can watch the normal means of communication such as 3D stereoscopic 3D BluRay side to side or up and relief, and of course 2D to 3D. Its a really great TV.

Another thing that kind of bothers me is that there is no headphone jack for audio. Small annoyance though. I really have a lot of research of different skills and Statistics of 3D television, I just found a great price and received, and I have no regrets so far.

        Samsung PN50C7000 50-Inch 3D Plasma HDTV

        Samsung PN50C7000 50-Inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV (Black)

This TV is absolutely amazing. The image quality is superior, and after the demonstrations in several models of Panasonic, Samsung and LG, I decided for the price of this TV, but everything I could wish for. I am extremely happy with my decision. After purchasing a Samsung LED in the month of December, I was a bit 'of "indifferent. My HDTV plasma before and after holding a pair of LCD and LED I decided to return to the plasma. I respect Panasonic and Samsung, but also took a brief overview of some of TV LED LG.

Eventually he came to the G25 and the Panasonic TV, PN50c7000. The image quality is more important to me, those who came before. Both TVs look great in HD (BD Source was Star Trek), but after the events of the two times I heard the PN50c7000 had the advantage. I consulted a friend of mine who is an expert in high-definition television (a professional calibrator) and broke the advantages and disadvantages of each model. I went with the PN50c7000 and could not be happier. The picture quality is fantastic, with rich colors and deep blacks. The addition of 3D was also a plus for me, but certainly not one of my priorities. Standard definition also looks amazing, and the SD quality TV these days can vary greatly from game to game (the G25 was not so great for playing card, a deal breaker for me). Finally, the ability of the Internet has had a lot of PNc7000 G25, which was another advantage as well as in 3D. Since the TV has tried many sources and appears to reproduce colors accurately, and again, a great contrast.

I also want to solve the problem with this TV has a lot of the so-called effect. The first generation of models of this TV came preloaded with the MJC (most recent are not), vibration or movement canceller, which made the trip look fake or ghosts when you look at some sources. It 'also a feature of the C8000 series, but for some reason Samsung has no option to disable the C7000. Many returned to their games angry about that, but it is a very simple solution. There are several options, the easiest option game modes. Change the game mode on or off in the general settings change for this purpose. Do this for each source and not the MJC. Samsung has also released a firmware update on their website that can be applied via a USB flash drive that will also solve the problem. The last option, which many people warned Tech made the rounds of the TV model to a model 8000 c7000 using the service menu, which offers a menu option to disable the MJC. I can confirm that it works, but do so at your own risk. It can potentially brick your TV, if you make a mistake. The first two options are extremely safe and easy to perform. Do not return the game because of it and give up a seriously awesome TV. Overall this TV has it all. An impressive PQ, the ability of the Internet and are all in PNc7000 3D, with an elegant finish and slim. I recommend this TV to anyone, while the G25 and the Panasonic TV is also a very impressive, my opinion leans towards Samsung this year.
Update: There is some image retention on this model that many will notice, including myself. Don't worry, its never permanent. There is a recommended 100 hour break in time with most plasmas, and this is no exception. If the temporary image retention bothers you, make sure you dial down the contrast and especially brightness. Do this for the first 50-100 hours and image retention should slowly become a non issue. For those who don't want to do this, run the scrolling bar across your screen when image retention occurs and it will do the trick. Note: I recently left my screen on pause for 3 hours(forgot to turn it off!) and of course it left quite a bit of burn in. I ran the scrolling bar for 2 minutes and everything went away. Works like a charm.

Update #2 : Well, after about eleven months of use(and eleven great months at that) a line of pixels has died in my screen. It is a very small line about 1/3 the way down. I opened the TV up to check all the connections and they were solid, so I have chalked this up as a bad panel. Luckily I bought an extended warranty so BB has ordered the new panel and will send someone to put it in at the end of this week. I'm almost positive Samsung also offers a warranty for at least the first year, but dealing with them will probably be complex and take a much longer amount of time.

I briefly searched to see if anyone else has had this issue as well but so far I have found only a few cases. While It is certainly disappointing to have a panel fail after only eleven months, the PNC7000 is still an amazing TV with stunning PQ. I would give it 4 stars, current conditions withstanding. Just thought I would share my experiences even if it is a rare occurrence.

        Samsung PN50C490 50-Inch 720p Plasma 3D HDTV - Best value for the 3D TV

        Monday, July 11, 2011

        http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/218MZhhWYuL.jpg
First of all, seeing is believing. My wife and I go to Sears and hhgregg several times to compare the plasma vs. LCD/LED vs. 1080p and 720p. We find that plasma is better than LCD/LED in terms of color and other characteristics of image quality. The lowest brightness of plasma is not a problem because there is not much light in our TV room. (In fact, Samsung Plasma PN50C490 mode "dynamic" to view the image brighter, less bright, but also how to use the image "Movie" so that it is less stressful on the eyes during the night.).

The two can not distinguish between good 720p and 1080p plasma TV, even when one looks more closely, as suggested for 3D visualization (eg, about 7 meters and 50 centimeters). In addition, because of the color of the upper plasma contrast, saturation, accuracy and frequency, both I and my wife feel better viewing experience in a plasma 720p at 1080p (yes) LCD/LED when comparing this side by the secondary display. Thus, in deciding not to spend another $400 + just to get 1080p or LCD/LED. Those who are still confused, please read the TV guide to buy CNET. According to the Imaging Science Foundation, a group that consults for home-theater manufacturers and trains professional video calibrators, the most important aspect of picture quality is contrast ratio, color saturation is the second most important and third is color accuracy. resolution is in fourth place, despite being the most frequently cited HDTV in particular. Thus, the resolution is the hallmark that can compromise to save money.

Secondly, we believe energy efficiency. For power specifications available online, calculate how much energy you could save if you buy LCD/LED, rather than the plasma. We find the purchase price to be paid for LCD/LED is much higher than the cost that save energy, even for 10 years! (If you consider inflation of 10 years, today the extra money you pay for LCD / LED, the difference is even greater.) 3D technology as it evolves, I'm sure Future 3D TV 3D TV would be much better than the current and probably not are not even watch TV for many years (even if I buy the best 3D TV is already available).

So I'm saving to buy a plasma, as well as to obtain images of outstanding quality. At this point, 3D LED TV is mature and less expensive. Remember, being announced on TV LED market are not real flat screen, flat screen LCD with LED back-lighting/edge-lighting/local-dimming. Plasma is already matured, we think. For example, the problem of burn-in is much smaller than plasma TVs of this year. In addition, Samsung PN50C490 feature pixels burns turn, we have always solved.

Third, even if PN50C490 does not have connectivity to the Internet, quickly becomes a non-issue, since buying a Blu-ray 3D display 3D content. Most of the players in 3D (in fact, every Samsung Blu-ray players in 3-D) are equipped with an Internet connection? So we do not go to high-end 3D TV versions (for example, or PN50C7000 PN50C8000 or other brands) to get Internet connectivity on television. Let our players do the job. Fourth, we have a guy who tends to throw things! Although we do not expect television to fly objects, it is good that the plasma is more difficult than the LCD / LED (based on a CNET forum). Therefore, the plasma is a natural choice for us. Last but not least, this Samsung model is the conversion from 2D to 3D and picture in picture (PIP).

Recently, we have actually watched 3D Christmas Carol and other 2D Bluray movies using a Samsung BDC-5900 player. With our limited experience, we must say Samsung PN50C490 delivers us the best 3D and 2D television amusement we ever had. The TV and accessories together cost below a grand! By the by, we have bought this TV for $807 shipped, no tax, including two glasses in an online deal during the Thanksgiving week of Nov, 2010. We also have bought a BDC-5900 player for $119 and an HDMI cable for $1.

Samsung PN50C680 50-Inch Plasma 3D HDTV - Excellent Plasma TV

        Saturday, July 2, 2011

Samsung PN50C680 50-Inch 1080p Plasma 3D HDTVThis review center around PN50C680 Samsung plasma TV that I bought as part of a special TV + 2 pairs of 3D glasses the promotion of the Amazon. After spending several weeks searching for a replacement for my Panasonic TH-50PZ800U plasma, I chose this Samsung. There were positive reviews, but very limited for this TV - It seems that most of the market these days are directed to the super-thin, LED-backlit 3D TV. Thanks to the generous return policy of Amazon sales of packages and special leave / I decided to take a chance on this model.

I received the TV without problems - Shipments and unpacking went beyond the box did not have the vision and the interior angles of polystyrene has not had impact damage. As previously mentioned, the Samsung PN50C680 is not a super-thin, single-pane models. It is about 2.5" thick, compared to 1.5" - I always consider how a TV subtle but at the end of the day, "thickness" is a personal preference.

The wiring was very easy, as links in the back of the TV had been clearly identified. HTPC owners happy to know that HDMI 1 is tagged to receive the signals of the video card and offers wide compatibility for those using DVI-HDMI dongle. The TV and the HD signal is automatically recognized by my Fios service and Blu-Ray with no problem. Fortunately, the TV was not a "buzzer", as some Samsungs are known to be.

Here is the discussion tends to be preferences. I think the first image area outside was not very good. It been too much contrast and bright as the most "picture enhancements" have been set up high-end o. Although these settings are ideal for store displays to counter the ceiling lights are far from ideal. for my home theater environment I brought my calibration WOW Disney Blu-Ray and performing the necessary image quality was again much better than the first out of a box -. Colors were very accurate, you can see the details in the shadows/objects, and the overall image was very realistic. The black levels are excellent (although it could not compete with the legendary Pioneer Kuro). This is an improvement on my previous Panasonic plasma 2 years.

The best thing you can do to maximize the performance, quality, and to some extent, the consumption of a television is through calibration. This can be done both professionally (usually leads to better performance, although very expensive) or a decent Blu-Ray Calibration (improves performance and is inexpensive ~ $20 - $30). I would say that the sound quality was very good - and the lack of bass, but sound is very clear, no static or hum. In addition, there are several options in the settings of the TV to adjust the sound to such an equalizer and function Virtual Surround.

The TV also offers a wide range of goodies such as 3D capability, USB ports for playing back movies, music, pictures and external storage, Ethernet port, and a compatible wireless adapter (not included). Conversion from 2D to 3D was pretty good but not exceptional - it is as if there was a suspect,It added depth when an image converted to 3D displays. You can change the degree of depth in the TV's settings, but the settings gave me a severe headache. However, the quality of the 3D really shines once you view 3D content from Blu-ray native 3D content, or cable. Shrek 3D - the disc just me - it was great because it was like being in a cinema. This is a feature that can not wait to native 3D content is once again released.

Even if your TV has an Ethernet port, not all Internet applications such as Facebook, Netflix, Hulu, etc. This is a great loss for me that my Blu-Ray has these features - just something to think about if you TV needs a more "connected". Last but not least, the TV must be "broken", as it suffers from image retention. I was breaking the TV for a week of playing DVD / TV programs downloaded and no longer holds the images. I would not recommend to play or watch shows with static content (HUD, channel icons, black bars, etc.) for a week or when you get on TV.

        Overall Customer Rating 4.0/5

Panasonic TC-P50GT30 This 3DTV good fit for any house

        Tuesday, June 28, 2011

I have had this TV for about two weeks, and I feel I had enough time to acclimate it. Let me start by saying that I am a happy owner of a 42" LCD Vizio. The picture quality is pretty good for the price I paid, and the size was large enough for the space I used until recently, I had problems with it, but a couple of months, I had to send for repair the inverter board. This has left me without TV for a month. During this period, I started looking for a new television. The most important feature for me was the quality images. From what I saw in person and I was told, plasma TVs have better image quality. I also have a 3D TV, as I like when it's done well in theaters. These two aspects, the quality of images 2D and 3D has led me to Panasonic. I feel that 'I made the right decision by choosing the 50" GT30.

I will begin by reviewing the appearance of television. Many people are under the impression that only the LCD panel has an LED. Law thin and light as I opened the box, I saw that it was simply not true. This TV is about half of my Vizio thinner and weighs just a little more, a fact the difference in size. The structure and packing are both beautiful. The glossy finish is similar to many other brands of TV and remember the iPhone 4. On the back there is a plethora of inputs including a pair of USB, four HDMI inputs, as well as others that are standard on most TVs. The plot is very well done, in my opinion. Included in package are cable connections that connect the rear, allowing for easier access, if necessary. This package also includes a hub, which, though beautiful, is something you probably do not need too much. However, I see that it is useful to allow easy access to some of the cables. Overall, this is one of the best plasma available without paying top prices absolute.

The main reason I chose this TV over any other was for its outstanding image quality. The reviews I had seen not lied when they said this panel is the top of the line. The black levels are deep, more than any LCD I've seen. The colors are brilliant and accurate. I played video games, watch cable programs standard definition movies, streaming Netflix and Blu-ray seen in the last two weeks. The details are clearer and more beautiful than I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The contrast of films like The Dark Knight and The Matrix were a completely different experience than my old TV. Games had a very good response time and seemed to choke on the best facilities available in the second compared to my Vizio.

Another aspect of this TV that brought me to it 's acquisition was the 3D option. Many people are put off by 3D. I think this is caused by two things. Number one: the lack of quality films in 3D. Number two: the excess film in 3D with poorly executed. So far I've seen Avatar and Tron: Legacy 3D. I experienced very little crosstalk and blur and loss of resolution, if any, is small with this TV. Personally, I can not tell the difference. The depth of field while watching these films is just as good if not better than when I saw in the theater. I have not had a chance to display any animated film in 3D, but after I update when I get the chance. The settings I use when watching TV was pre-loaded in THX mode. From what I can see, the THX mode is the best option, even better than all the calibration parameters that I have experienced.

Now I see my transaction with Amazon. There are a few reasons why I decided to buy on Amazon. More importantly, I use this site for many different things. Their customer service is second to none, and past experience, I'm much more comfortable to buy here than any other online retailer. Another decisive factor for my purchase was funding opportunities available. I usually offer 24 months interest free financing available, an application for a store card from Amazon. I had approval within a few seconds, and immediately bought the TV. So far I have not had any problems with the board. I was very impressed with the two-week money back guarantee of the Amazon. Because of lower prices, I contacted Amazon and received $100 (credited to the card shop, of course). The white glove delivery was very professionally done. The driver has the series in my house and allowed me to feel a bit and make sure everything was fine before you sign it. The delivery of 5 stars.

Overall I am very happy, not only television, but with Amazon service. Buy a new TV is not a decision that should be taken lightly. It 's investment that will be with you for years to come. Judging by the quality of this TV, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy this investment for many years. The Panasonic GT30 deserves all the praise it has received. It is capable of more than television, movies and games. It can be part of what each of us thinks that "at home".

Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT30 Stunning image HD

The image quality of this 3D TV is crazy good. The colors are bright and vivid without being over saturated and realistic. The blacks are black and shadow detail is very good. One of the reasons I bought the GT30 in the ST30 is the THX mode, which gives really good pictures of spare parts without calibration. If you change the image, however, there are two modes of professional in the image controls that allow very deep.

1080p source material with high bit rate (like Vudu HDX or BluRay) is incredibly strong and beautiful, while not looking strong at the point of unreality, like watching an LCD. 720p sources look very good if a little more. 480i/p sources look good. I spent a few minutes to watch SD and the experiment was unexpectedly. Movement on the GT30 looks very smooth and realistic without displaying the devastating effect soap operas that seem to suffer 120/240Hz LCD.

I tried to use the software Panasonic Viera Cast on TV and I found these to be very late. It was not very sensitive and I found that the project is the ugly side. Vizio and Samsung have a much more polished platform multimedia integrated into their TVs. And Panasonic can improve performance with the firmware in the future bets. If I were planning on using Viera Cast remember my low score, but I have a Media Center PC and PS3 to replace all the functionality Viera Cast.

3D performance is very good. So far I've seen Tron 3D on blu-ray, PS3 and some games in 3D, the 3D image is very engaging and THX color accuracy is very good in 3D. I have had bad experiences with a friend of crosstalk 3D LCD Samsung C7000 and can become very tedious and annoying. Fortunately I had everything on the GT30 in the display light or dark environments.

I've heard some early reports of the GT30 exhibiting floating blacks when viewing material that changes from a darker to a lighter scene suddenly. I haven't experienced any of this. I watched Black Swan on bluray to test this and black levels remained dark and consistent throughout with no slight jumps in brightness.

I am also very impressed with the design of the GT30. It great that my appearance and superb Droid mounted on my wall. Panasonic has always been behind the likes of Sony and Samsung to design their TV, but actually strengthened their game with the GT30. Having a TV that does not seem surprising when it is off like he does when he is on the most unexpected.

Overall the GT30 is an incredible TV that makes no compromises when it comes to picture quality. If you want to spend more money, the VT30 it will probably improve upon the GT30 in some way when it's released but I'm having a hard time coming up with things they could improve outside of their Viera Cast platform.

        Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT30 Review

Stunning image in 2D, 3D surprisingly good image
For the money, I do not think you can beat the image of this TV. The colors are amazing and realistic. The blacks are blacks. The software works best Viera Cast I would recommend this to connect to the network directly, not through wireless. The wireless connection drops when not in use for a period. Do not fall in use. The aesthetics of this TV is a huge improvement over previous models from Panasonic. The TV is incredibly thin, especially for a plasma.
I had the TV for more than a month and are used for more than 100 hours. I had some experience of light floating in the first week or two for TV, but went away with use. So far I've seen Avatar and Despicable Me in 3D and was impressed with the 3D image, but I was skeptical. I'm not going to look very 3D in the future, but it is impressive.

A small problem I have with this TV is the location of the HDMI inputs on the side. My HDMI cable protruding on the left side. Does not stick to much, but the ideal would be if it were completely hidden.

        Incredible 3D TV
This TV is by far the best investment I've made electronically. I had to switch from a Sony SXRD that was wrong and was only interested in a good image in 2D. I saw glimpses of what these together and decided that this option would have been my Panasonic. My other option was the Samsung LED D7000. I did a demo of the D7000 and very impressed. After all was light years better than they currently held. I ended up waiting to get out of this TV, especially as it was about $ 500 cheaper, but I never had the chance to see him in person. But I must say I am very glad I went with the D7000.

The image quality of this game is superb, with more accurate colors than the Samsung. This TV has the deepest blacks I've ever seen, and shadow detail is fine. The 3D is the best I've seen at home or in theater, although I think it's on TV of this caliber and price riduculous ship without glasses. We hope that is inspired by the Samsung and Panasonic made a couple of drinks at low cost. I had the chance to play Killzone 3 in 3D. Who does not know this game needs to know that this is an FPS for PS3. 3D game of this game is fantastic. There is almost no crosstalk and the gameplay is the best I've ever seen. If you are looking for the best plasma for your money, look no further than this set.

        Perhaps the perfect 3D TV!

        Monday, June 6, 2011

I made a mistake and bought a Samsung 50-inch 3D plasma HDTV and returned within a week because of the horrible image retention. After learning a lesson about the importance of finding a great acquisition for this I went to work trying to find the best HDTV in my price range ($1,800 maximum). With most individual judgments and buttocks, I read the comments I kept looking at Panasonic plasmas 3D HDTV on top of the list. These plasma HDTV are not only voted for the best in 3D TVs, but also for 2D too. So I went ahead and pull the trigger on this series and I'm very glad I did. There are four main things I want to be able to make television, watching sports, video games, watch regular programs, and also to watch movies. And this series played incredibly well in all areas.

I watch a lot of detail and the user comments so far and two of these sports startling aspect of this HDTV. Everything works perfectly and there is no problem with motion blur. It's great for the sport. I own an Xbox 360 and love FPS (Call of Duty, Halo, etc.) and so far I have played COD. Black good on this plasma TV, but it is very fun to play on this set. The game looks more smooth and the colors really pop. Once I get used to the size of the TV (I played on a 37 inch) I fell in love with the game again.

With regard to watch regular TV is well, I can say I have an HDTV, but unfortunately I do not. The standard definition is very similar to the TV. My Direct TV receiver is not working properly at the moment and I see that some programs, but so far so good with SD.

Watching movies is set up this TV blows the others out of the water. So far I have seen two regular Blu-ray (The Expendables and Rambo) and a Blu-ray 3D (By Train Your Dragon), and all I can say is WOW. I saw both The Expendables and Rambo in the theater and honestly believe that the picture is better in this game than it is to the movies. The colors and the amount of detail is incredible. I watched Rambo on Samsung and when I look at the time was not as good as this Panasonic plasma. As far as 3D goes, I do not say is as good as IMAX, but it's as good as real 3D in a theater. I saw the movie in 3D Dragon good and I really enjoyed most about this 3D TV. Side note about 3D, I do not know if I wants to take off and if it is not good. I bought this TV because it had the best reviews for 2D so that the 3D was a bonus. But it is a fun bonus.

I also watch TV on a Samsung LED and I can say that Panasonic has a better viewing experience. Now that I have this TV all that is needed is a better sound system and some seats in my theater room  and I will be in September for the money you will not find a decoder. Why spend more for an LED when the plasma TV is better and cheaper? If you're talking a large TV to get in this price range then I'd go for this series. I'm glad I did!

Pansonic TC-P50GT25 is probably the best 3D TV you can be purchased at this time

        Sunday, June 5, 2011

I decided that my old 42" rear projection set (which could not even do 1080p) need to go. In 2D TV, this game has everything you could hope for. There are many other reviews prize giving here fixed for its performance in 2D and then leave him alone. As for the 3D technology is very impressive and I seriously doubt you can do better than this TV now. is this change in the years coming years? Maybe. So if you're like me and want to update all get this TV. If you buy this just for 3D, which is also great ... but there are some things you should know.

I have a PS3 so there is a good amount of 3D content available (Blu-ray 3D, 3D games for PS3, PSN downloadable movies in 3D, and streaming movies from Vudu soon 3D). For the vast majority of this, the 3D effect produced by the Panasonic is really remarkable. There is minimal (though still apparent) crosstalk between the left and right images. However, even if its working fine, I would not say that the picture quality is as good as his counterpart in 2D.

Active shutter glasses by definition cut the amount of light hitting your eyes by half. Coupled with the fact that the glasses themselves are pretty tinted, you get a dramatically darker image through the glasses than without. This doesn't mean much if its movie night and you are turning all the lights off and the sound system up... you will definitely be immersed and not disappointed in the picture quality. I just wouldn't bank on it being all that great in heavy sunlight.

As I said, that the above description applies to most of the 3D content. Unfortunately, some content that just does not work very well and certainly will give you a headache. Now let me tell you that this is not the fault of the Panasonic TV.I have nothing to compare 3DTV, it could well be the same 3D content. When things get really 'close' and try to jump out of you, does not look very good. E 'at its best when looking through a film set as a kind of diorama. For example, the "3D net Sizzle" advertising for the new Discovery Channel 3D destiny seems terrible. I mean, really. Terrible. Do yourself a favor and do not look at this (at least in the 3D content), so definitely take some buyer's remorse. Again, this could be the content itself, not on television. But even if this happens, just know that the 3D content is a kind of all or nothing.

When all is said and done, this is a fantastic TV. It 's very similar in 2D and 3D. If you're like me, then minor problems that I have described so far can easily go unnoticed.

        Panasonic VIERA TC-50GT25 50-inch 1080p 3D Plasma HDTV

        Thursday, June 2, 2011

Last year I bought a Panasonic Plasma HDTV 42" , the image is so strong that when Amazon and Panasonic put a promotion to save another $400.00 for the purchase of this plasma  50-inch, Blu-ray and 3D glasses 3D Avitar starter set, I could not resist, I have also registered an increase of 20% because I had a code from my Amazon Chase card for an additional 20% discount and then made my purchase at least every 3 to $1,100 saving of almost 50%!

Now on review .... I'm just a voice like the TV at 4 stars because it has the freshness as accurate as my HDTV 42" Plasma Panasonic (TC-P42G10) which is also a strong image of how I've ever seen. I think the reason is that the size HDTV you should simply is 1080 lines of resolution, the more pixels than HDTV. So the more the TV picture Grainer. In my experience 46" HDTV than I would buy something more than the size, you begin to see a less obvious unless do not you sit 12 feet or more away from the TV.

Now, having said all that, the quality is still good and alive. There is confusion in the fast-moving sporting events or movies, plasma is better for you. We watched the film in 3D avitar with starter kit and glasses, I must say that the 3D display was impressive. There were no problems with 3D works as advertised and was very nice and cool! The glasses were a little uncomfortable behind the ears after an hour though. Only problem I had is that my Pioneer Elite A/V receiver that I bought last year does not support HDMI 1.4, HDMI 1.4 receiver has the support or if you connect the Blu-Ray audio Direct 3D TV, then run to reciver.

The shipping is always my biggest fear of consumer electronics. My HDTV has arrived last year in good shape, but I was still a little concerned that this TV has been even greater. Amazon has done something brilliant this year, they built a box that produces is part of the triangle box. This window of a triangle that developed Amazon does not allow shippers to define the television side or upside down, forcing them to return the TV, as expected, over here!

In summary: This TV is always a good living image, but because of its size (have 1080 lines) you will be able to sit 12-15 feet for clarity, so if you do not buy this small space. 3D works as expected and is very crisp, the glasses should be? If you are a 3D A/V receiver supports HDMI 1.4. Do not be afaid this package on your TV so that carriers are required to respect the mandate of the factory this way, when the ship! Big TV (if you can see 12-15 feet) and it great price.

Frame Sequential Technology: Full HD Signals for Each Eye

The method used to send left-eye, right-eye is crucial for 3D image quality and 3D Full  3D HD technology uses what is called sequential images. GT25 Series plasma display allows images to each eye alternately playing at 60 frames per second (fps) for a total of fps in both eyes. Viewers watch the images through 3D glasses with great precision (not included), which opens and closes the shutters on the left and right in sync with the images of the parties. Therefore, a different image 1920 x 1080 Full HD is sent to each eye. This solves the problems of image quality and blurring the previous systems that were common to 3D, and create sharp images.

The Frame Sequential Technology requires images to be displayed at 1/120 of a second--twice as fast as ordinary full-HD images. If the luminescence time for each frame were simply shortened, the screen brightness would be lowered. To solve this problem, panasonic shortened the luminescence time and raised the luminescence intensity, to keep things bright and detailed.

3D Eyewear: High-Precision Shutter Control Sends Clear Images to Each Eye

Very precise control to completely close the shutters for both eyes at the same time the images change from left to right in the eye. This residual image masks to enable 3D part of a clear and comfortable vision. Glasses sold separately.
